IT Roadmap Maturity Assessment

Ten questions across the ten things that decide whether a technology plan survives a board meeting: evidenced baseline, business alignment, cost of inaction, sequencing, funding shape, reporting cadence, security, delivery capacity, outcome measurement, and AI governance.

Answers are scored in your browser. Nothing is stored unless you ask for the written result by email.
