Curriculum vitae

Bernard W. Piccione

As an executive information technology leader, I have more than two decades of experience developing and executing strategies to build and turn around underperforming IT organizations, processes, and teams to achieve new levels of companywide growth and success.

Through a deep understanding of both short- and long-term technology needs and an eye for continuous process improvement, I have led multi-billion-dollar organizations to optimize IT across all aspects to uncover wasted spend, streamline processes, enhance efficiencies, and achieve overarching business goals.

Across my career, I have transformed multiple private equity-backed organizations, building world-class teams, IT structures, and processes every step of the way. As the current Chief Information Officer at Interdent Service Corporation, I have revitalized the IT organization, paving the way for over $1MM in annual savings, improved IT and business services, and increased efficiency.

Prior, I served as Chief Information Officer for Complex Care Solutions, Ingenuity Advisory Partners, and Brighton Health Plan Solutions, similarly leading efforts to leverage IT to add value to the business. Under my leadership, I have led multiple companies to become expertly positioned for successful exits to PE firms as well as undergo M&A efforts.

Along with strategic planning and tactical execution, I specialize in building and developing high-performing teams through a focus on investing in my employees and supporting their professional development. I am skilled in removing barriers to success and mobilizing teams around a consistent goal aligned with organizational objectives.
